interview and audition for what you are certified in, if multiple formats then you audition for what you want to actually teach on schedule, when you get a new cert, you have to shadow and then audition again

They ask a few questions, see how you interact with people, etc. And they give you a tour of the gym, skating rink, basketball area, swimming pool and other things.
