After the job application, You will get an email telling you to come in. Then you will sit in person, for One big group interview, then a solo interview. A week later you will then get either a rejection email or a call telling "you that you are hired"

How would you handle different hypothetical child scenario's?
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
