They need help to keep the place up and running. good palce to start as a new teacher. Always available to talk about taking on more work. The pay isn;t good use this job as a stepping stone - every employer loves to see a non-profit like this on a resume

Interview
Go into an office and discuss with your supervisor your goals and they tell you if there had been any complaints about you and discuss your work ethic. Since I continued to have a great following and people who loved my class, there was never a question of my ability.
