Went through a phone screen with hiring manager and a second round panel interview. Ghosted my candidacy and never heard back after investing 3+ weeks into the process. Process included a phone screen,
an initial panel interview, a secondary panel interview, and a final in person interview.

It was unconventional, very tedious, it made me think . I had to do lots of research and even look at myself as an employee. I was very thankful for that type of interview.
