Interview
Multiple scenario based questions, asking what you would do if two children had an argument, an injury, etc. In addition asked about past experience in childcare, the number of children supervised and their ages, for how long, etc.
It was a panel interview. I think there was only one interview. They asked questions and I was able to get a good understanding of the role and what the job could entail.
Got asked about what 3 items I would take with me on an abandoned island, other than that they asked really long questions about company values and situations where I demonstrated that.
Very easy! You will meet with the leaders of the camp to go over your qualifications and expectations. You will talk about schedules for the summer as well! Be prepared to talk about your experience with kids
