The interview process includes application screening, recruiter call, technical/aptitude tests, multiple interview rounds (cv , technical, behavioral, managerial), final HR discussion, and offer stage with background verification before selection .
Good job if you love working with group of people even individuals. Highly conditioned and must have a leader mindset ymca is a good start for kids just off the programs they have

Very basic and traditonal standard questions does not take much prepraration, come well dressed and well spoken. Other than that there is no additional needs to prepare for the interview.
