Received a design task from the team which has to be submitted in the 36 hrs once received. After submitting the task, if selected further rounds will be proceeded with.

First, I got a call from HR she asked me some questions about last role and informed me that I will get a design Assignment that I have to submit in 48 hrs.
I have completed the given assignment within the time and sent it with all the deliverables that were mentioned in the assignment. They didn't give me any feedback or update for two weeks. So I have sent follow-up mail, But still no update for the next step. If a candidate is putting his showing interest in your company and putting his time and effort into a design assignment, you should respect it and at least give some feedback or update.
Advice for other applicants - Don't waste your time on design tasks, ask them is there an alternative option.

Interview
I was asked to submit an assignment to be considered for an interview and I got a call within 2 days of submitting the assignment. The interview was very smooth. I got a call the next morning itself that I was given the offer. The process was very quick and they did not keep me waiting at all.
