I applied at Campbell, CA.
Though the process took over 3 weeks, it was very easygoing and friendly, much like the store's environment itself. During the phone interview, the interviewer asked me general logistical questions regarding transportation, but also about past experiences at other jobs. Though they're very basic questions that really only require one-word answers, I the key is to create a conversation based on those questions-- at least that's what I did. I used the questions to segway into talking about qualities that I knew would fit Therapy's criteria. My friend also did an interview, but kept it short and responded with only brief answers, and she, unfortunately, did not get an email back.
I got my email for an in-person interview mere days later. During that interview, it's the same thing-- create a friendly conversation. We just talked about my past experiences again, and as the conversation progressed, we ended up just talking about Therapy's history and founders. The latter half of the interview was just me asking questions about technicalities and guidelines, and by that point, I had figured that I was doing well, and she confirmed that when she proceeded to talk about scheduling.
Overall, very easygoing and friendly-- you just gotta make conversation and enjoy it.
