Interview went very well. Seems like an interesting company to work for and their location is very accessible from the expressway. I met with HR, the VP of design, and the department lead

I applied online and was emailed within a few days to do a phone interview. That went great and we scheduled my first in-person with the positions direct report. That went very well and then was asked to come in a 2nd time to meet with the department head. Again, seemed to go very well. I had to follow up twice to find out I didnt get the job. I replied and asked for feedback and no responce whatsoever.
