I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ThousandEyes (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Worst interview experience ever. The hiring manger reaches out to me based on a referral, invites me in for 2 onsites within 1 week and then, crickets. No follow up. If the candidate experience is this poor, what must the employee experience be like?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A few behavioral based questions, but mostly just asking about my experience. Standard questions for the role and nothing that stands out as unique.

Interview
Horrible experience being interviewed by HR. Telling signs when I was invited to onsite interview; never scheduled after 2 mos went by; admin staff make excuses for lack of follow up; and no regard for just being straight forward. Seems to reveal much about the work environment.

Question 1
Easy questions like 'What are your strengths?' and 'What kind of systems have you worked with?' Some leading questions to elicit what they want to hear, and lots of agreement on answers without posing challenging questions.
