Threadneedle Investment interview questions

I was recently hired by Threadneedle in September and I was very impressed with the whole recruitment process from start to finish. The interview process consisted of meeting my direct manager and Head of Department as well as some cross business stakeholders that I would be interacting with in my new role. I also had the opportunity to speak with a key Ameriprise stakeholder via phone. Interviews were run very well and were clear. After each stage, I received feedback and had the opportunity to reflect on the process/ask any questions. From offer stage, I was kept informed on a regular basis on progress of my offer and had the opportunity to meet colleagues in the team before I started for an informal lunch. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The screening process was very timely and my contact kept me informed at all times. Threadneedle's website is a great source of information for candidates and I particularly liked the companies emphasis on values and their focus on diversity and corporate social responsibility. Having now joined the firm, my positive impressions from interview have been reflected in my experience thus far. I would heartily recommend Threadneedle as a place to work!
