Interview
They sent me a cognitive aptitude test. In the e-mail they sent me, it said that I could speak to someone for a short interview before taking the test. So I replied to the e-mail asking to speak to someone before taking the test. They didn't get back to me and just ignored my request 😬. I ended up taking the test and the next day I received a rejection email
