I was contacted via email to schedule an interview, only for my interviewer to just never show up. I reached out again, we were finally able to conduct the interview and I was told I would hear back in 1-2 weeks. I was completely ghosted. I was already disinterested in the position after the no show interview, and then the ghosting, but I reached out again via email to at least know what their decision would be, but got no response once again. Interviewees are people too, and we deserve a final answer at the very least. Incredibly unprofessional process from start to finish.
