It is good. Panel is cooperative and understanding. They check your knowledge of the subject. The culture and working of the company is explained before the joining and what the panel tells the company is actually that good.

5 Rounds with 2 managerial rounds. Moderate to tough level. One must prepare well. Be ready with the basics related to the domain you're applying to. Scenario based questions are asked as well.
