1 interview with manager of the store. Some managers like to have conversation-like interviews, whereas some are straightforward with their questions. Managers are always pretty friendly and offer you a drink from the menu or water before and/or after the interview

I showed up, waited a while. I was given a drink of my choice on the house. Interviewed with the manager. He was a very laidback, fun guy to talk to. Makes you feel comfortable right away. Then I was told I would maybe get a call within a day or two.

Not too bad, questions about customer service and interaction with customers. Also questions about willing to learn new skills, working in a fast paced enviroment, and lots of memorization.
