I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
The HR manager was very nice. She took me into her office where she asked general questions. She asked a series of questions about my experience ("Tell me a time when...") before I got to say anything about the job. Go into the interview expecting lots of thought-provoking (but not difficult) questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not difficult, but definitely unexpected was "Explain how you demonstrate active listening." I had never gotten that question before, I was a bit caught off guard.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co.
Interview
I was interviewed by an AI and I should’ve took that as a red flag that they generally do not care about people. This new trend of AI interviewing people is not OK. It was very difficult to understand and navigate the system which makes you more nervous than you already are.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (Parsippany, NJ) in Jul 2021
Interview
I had two interviews when I was interested in the company because after the first interview, the forgot they interviewed me so I was interviewed again. I didn’t hear back from the interview and I know others that interviewed for other positions and didn’t hear back either. Don’t be rude, tell your interviewees they didn’t get the job, it’s not that hard. You’re a large company, you have the people, time and resources to make a simple phone call.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (New York, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
Over the phone and on skype interview. Focused on background, interest and passion for the company. The process took very long as HR did not confirm my offer until 2 months after my last skype interview.
