The response time was great, with clear feedback after each stage, so I was always kept informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, I prepared my final stage research incorrectly and wasn’t happy with how it went, so I wasn’t expecting an offer. I will definitely apply again once I’ve gained a little more experience.

The final interview was with the Chief People Officer, who provided additional insight into the company’s goals, culture, and overall direction. Overall, the experience was smooth, transparent, and professional. The clarity and openness throughout the process made it easier to make a decision, and the team’s positive, genuine dynamic left a strong impression and made the opportunity feel exciting.
