I was initially contacted by a recruiter, who did the initial introduction. Initial phone screen, then a Skype interview, followed by an on-site interview. As part of the process, I was asked to provide a coding sample. On-site interview consisted of several people, one after the other. The last person who interviewed me (who would have been my boss) admitted that he wasn't feeling that well, since he had a hangover.
