Tijerina Legal Group interview questions

The interview process was very unconventional, there were no real interview questions but rather a conversation between the attorney and the applicant. No application was filled, resume was sent through indeed. I was scheduled for an interview to meet with the office manager and if the office manager believed you were a good fit then, she would allow the attorney to meet you in person.

Simple, basic, the same day they hired me. I didn't fill a regular application form, it was more a questionnaire based on general questions. The interview was short with the office manager and also with the attorney.
