Applied for several roles online (to be honest it was quite difficult to tell the difference between the roles). An HR reached out and another HR reached out. The first HR asked me which role I'd like to move on with and I picked one (I think HR should provide more background). Spoke with hiring manager and got rejection after a week. The feedback said they need someone who was more experienced. Everything is moving fast and I really appreciated that they did not ghost me.
