Had a rough experience interviewing with TikTok. They rescheduled multiple times, showed up late, and then interviewed me for a different role entirely. The interviewer even thought I worked at YC instead of a YC-backed company. Felt disorganized and dismissive—definitely not the level of professionalism I expected.
