Interview
Recruiter sends you an email to complete a screening questionnaire. I was surprised to see the email since I had applied very long back. First red flag. After that you get two 30 min virtual interviews with the hiring manager and someone else. No annoying behavioral "STAR" questions and no technical questions. Just causal 1:1 conversations, I actually really enjoyed both. Was told I did well, but got ghosted even after multiple follow ups. I guess that explains the negative reviews on here. I believe fault lies in HR team not the regular employees.
