Initial call with the recruiter lasted about 15 minutes, get to know you style. Then video interview with hiring manager lasted about 30 minutes. Then the position was put on hold due to holidays approaching, so I waited about 6 weeks to reach back out and we started the interview process over again. Call again with recruiter to ensure I was interested and any changes to position. Then another video interview with the hiring manager, repeating similar things from the first time. Then a third video interview in this round with a panel of 3 adjacent team leaders. This lasted about 45 minutes. Since the leaders were adjacent and not involved with the specific job all the time, many of these questions were aimed at very niche parts of the position, not the position overall.
