After 2 telephone rounds I was called for onsite interview. There were 5 rounds after a lengthy subjective written test. After clearing technical rounds, I met HR, and surprisingly the person was very rude , he was not even allowing me to talk. And finally I was asked to leave. Got rejection email after few days. That's fine, result was evident from the way HR round happened. Surprisingly I got a call after 5 months and they wanted to process my candidature again. I asked reason for earlier delay and rejection, I was shocked to know that they rejected me because of budget constraints. How disappointing, you wasted candidates 3 days. Had they asked about salary expectations, they would have avoided all this bad experience.
