Online application through Kariyer.net, then HR contacts you for an interview. You are asked to describe yourself and mention what do you expect from the company. Then some technical questions like "how can an industrial engineer work in our system?" and some descriptive questions about Toyota. Staff were friendly and understood what you are talking about.

First HR interview to see if fit role more personal and interest questions. 2nd interview with team manager interview a bit more technical but also personal interests and university projects. Short process overall.

The interview consisted of multiple standard questions for a Marketing internship, it was held by three employees which all took turns asking questions. It was a 30 minute interview and was held online, overall it was a very standard interview process.
