First step was a telephone interview conducted by the Recruiter which was a month after I applied to the position. Next was an onsite panel interview with 4 different employees at the Store Support Center; which took 4 hours to complete. It took over 4 months to hear from another Recruiter that they decided to go with "more qualified candidates".
