TradeGecko interview questions

There were 3 rounds of interviews in total; one initial introductory interview over Skype, following which an assignment was given to me to assess my abilities. After I passed that assignment, we went on to the 2nd round of interview in the office where I met with my interviewers in person. We got to know each other a little bit better, and they were happy enough with me to move on to the final round of interviews with a member of the Exec team, in addition to a culture interview by some of the rank-and-file staff.

The process looks really redundant. 5 interview rounds overall (facebook has only 3 rounds for example). 20min HR screening, 1h call with VP of Engineering, 1.5h call with 2 engineers - technical round, 1.5h call with 2 engineers - system design round, 1h call with a product manager - they assess your "thinking" skills (whatever it means). Then they ignore your emails for approx 1-2 weeks. And finally they reject you and provide no meaningful feedback at all.
