Tradex International interview questions

Literally, Cardinal Health recruiters are great but Tradex has no process. Tradex is clueless on how to interview so Directors go off.... word of mouth? There will be lunches, dinners, maybe a breakfast and most certainly at an inconvenient or unconventional time. Lunch on Saturday, working on a holiday, drinks at inappropriate hours.... These are the social scenes you are walking into for an "interview." You might think this is cool and an easy interview process, but tell me what you think at 5:30 in the morning on New Years Day when you cancel holiday plan to be ready for a breakfast meeting and Saji Daniels is a no-show and the hiring manager is an hour late. Not cool, not professional, inconsiderate and demonstrates how clueless these "leaders" are.
