I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Traditions Health (Mishawaka, IN) in Mar 2022
Interview
Interview was with ADON and then director of nursing prior to hire. They offered a position by the end of the next day. Onboarding was wonky and very unprepared on their end. However in the the end, I completed it.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Traditions Health (Augusta, GA) in Nov 2022
Interview
More than likely in this role you will have the interview with the administrator of the branch. It is a very easy process during the interview. There are no too hard questions. However, they will want to know extensively about prior work experience and how you will apply that to your job. Also, what if you were in this situation or that situation how would you handle it. However, a pretty straight forward process.
