I went through several interviews. The first was a phone interview. I was asked basic questions about my qualities, and why I felt I would be a good fit. I was asked about my sales experience, and a time I persuaded someone to do something. The phone interview went very well. I was then called in for an interview with two Trane employees. That interview was more of a personality interview. That went very well also, and I was called in for a final interview at their office. It was with one of the managers. It lasted about an hour. We talked about what I would be doing as an intern, and I asked him questions about himself to learn why he chose a career with Trane. He got to know me a little better, and that was it. There weren't really any technical questions.

Interviewed by two guys for a position in NY. Got the interview through college job fair. Interview was all behavioral questions and they were both pleasant to talk to. Took around 45 minutes.
