The interview process was well structured and easy to work with. I went through the following steps:
1) Phone interview for screening purposes
2) Invited to attend an informal meet and greet
3) Contacted by email to set up an interview.
4) 1st round interview with managers
5) 2nd round interview with managers

Question 1
Typical behavioral interview questions asking to explain your interest in the Sales Engineer position. Informal process and the interviewers make it an easy, natural process.
Bulk of the interview is asking you to explain achievements and work/school history from your resume. Basically, they want you to be a convincing and a natural communicator who can represent the company well for a client facing role.
Interviewed by different groups of people throughout the day. No technical questions. Then they make you take a personality test at the end and this is what determines the position you will go to

The process was simple and informal. We met with two different groups regarding roles in their respective areas. We also had a meet and greet happy hour prior to the formal interview.

Interview
The interview process uses the STAR format to ask situational based questions. If you make it past the first interview with the HR manager, you will interview with a specific person from the office you are looking to work at.
