Trane Engineering Co-Op interview questions

I applied online through there website. One of their recruiters contacted me a few months later to set up a screening call to gage your interest in the position. Then they set up a phone interview with two engineers where they asked regular resume and behavioral questions. If you make it past the first interview, an engineer from the team you could possibly work for contacts you to get to know you and see if you fit into the team. After that interview they contacted me a week later with an offer.

I went to a career fair to talk to the recruiters. I gave them my resume. I was then contacted by HR a couple of weeks later, and they scheduled a phone interview. Spoke with engineers and HR about the job responsibilties and a little about my resume. Mainly told me what the location and culture of the company was like. Got a email a couple days later with offer. Some people had in person interviews while the recruiter was in their college town.
