Company worked through a recruiter who made it sound like their was interest and then said they filled the position. This was within a very short timeframe after a posting.

my interview was with the production manager we talked about my job skills, how long I've been working in the field and do I think I can do the job. We did a walkthrough, let me see the machinery, meet some people and to see if I knew basic skills of the machine that they were showing me.
