Two stages of interviews. Technical followed by competency based interviews. Presentation required for the final stage. Very fair and clear process and a conclusion was received within a week from the final interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Transitions Optical (Binãn, Laguna) in Apr 2018
Interview
Just a talk with the HR and then the IT Manager 'cause it was just an intern position.
No pressure. They were very accommodating. It was me who was very unprofessional for being late at that time.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Transitions Optical (Pinellas Park, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Two hour STAR interview. You will not get many answers to your own questions and it’s difficult to tie your answers to how your skills and experience make you a good fit for the job you’re interviewing for. When you answer the questions, you’ll probably have to explain a lot about your old job, its policies and procedures, etc, that aren’t even relevant to the job you’re applying for. When I left, I felt like I had been interrogated yet still didn’t really have any clear picture about the job I was interviewing for...so if I had been offered the job, I don’t even know if I would’ve accepted it because I had no idea exactly what they wanted me to DO there.
Bottom line is that this is a personality test. Be prepared to tell a bunch of stories about how you did things at your previous jobs.
