My first interview was with the internal talent team and the second was with two managers. About 20 minutes in, I knew it wasn’t the right fit for me. The interview was very focused on drilling through process and sales related questions, rather than a conversation to get to know me or understand my success as a CSM.
I recommend equipping interviewers with questions that allow for a balanced dialogue. The experience felt quite rigid and unpleasant.
