Your job: Just be presentable, enthusiastic, and ask 1-2 smart questions about the role
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Travel + Leisure Co. (Indio, CA) in May 2026
Interview
My interview was about 45 minutes. Felt very lax and informative. The talent repp stated that if you already have a real estate license that puts you at an advantage of being a high earner out the bat vs a sales associate who doesn't. She asked about availability as it is a full time position. Days off are mid-week and Holidays are not taken off due to high season. It was very easy, there were no difficult questions that will leave you tongue tied. Just be sure to come off as personable and energetic but not overly energetic. She noted that top earning associates are masters at deflecting objections.
