      The interview process typically starts with the first round being an aptitude test or coding snippets assessment. After completing this, candidates must wait for the results. If they clear this round, the second stage is the technical interview, where in-depth subject knowledge and problem-solving skills are evaluated. Upon successfully passing the technical round, candidates move on to the final stage, which is the HR interview. This round focuses on communication skills, personality, and cultural fit within the organization. Clearing all three rounds is necessary to get selected for the position.
