It was a three stage process, the first stage was a screening interview with hr. The second stage was an interview with the finance manager and the third stage would be an interview with the directors. The hr guy was lovely and communicative but the finance manager was not a very good interviewer and asked questions unrelated to the role. I was also told it would be a technical interview but it was a standard behavioral interview. I was told they would be in contact about the third stage but never heard anything back. Overall a negative experience and I was told it would involve a lot of overtime and would be 'a baptism of fire' and that it would be incredibly stressful
