One on one interview. Then group interview, which had multiple other candidates and a few employees. It lasted several hours and had a lot of different types of questions. Then in person training that is not a guarantee of hiring.
One of the toughest interview processes in the world in my opinion. There is a screening and 2 week training/still an interview, if you have experience with bike mechanics that helps.
3 stage interview, with prompt communication afterwards. Friendly interviewers and a good environment. Uses a less formal process than most typical jobs involving a 4 hour group interview that includes workshops and a meet and greet.
