Phone Screen first, then a face to face with the Divisional Manager and the final step is the Director of Service. Then they make you an offer conditionally after passing background check

Are you a warm body, can you cover the service logs and keep customer service calls to a minimum? Do you mind working for a Director of Service who does not go out in the field and has no clue?
