Interview
The interview process begins with an initial HR call to discuss background and qualifications, followed by a technical round that tests specific skills. The final round involves an interview with the company's Vice President, focusing on leadership potential, cultural fit, and overall alignment with company goals.
There were 2 rounds of interview. It was fairly technical, with a mix of IQ questions. There were hardly 2-3 behavioral questions. It was a zoom interview. The interviewers were professional. Overall, a good experience.
My interview process included initial screening, technical and behavioral assessments, followed by problem-solving tasks. Then, there’s was a panel interview to assess culture fit, communication, and expertise before final selection.
