Interview with the actual hiring manager was pretty good, conversational, and reasonable.
The HR person left a lot to be desired. She scheduled the first call, then canceled it two hours beforehand and rescheduled it for another day because "a meeting was scheduled." She then confused the dates and called me one day before the rescheduled initial phone screen. After that, I did the hiring manager interview, then never heard anything back.
