Fake interviews. NO basic sense to respond to candidates. Simply they will collect candidates' photos in whatsapp & not responding to calls. Very unprofessional recruiters working. For what they are collecting photos I really don't know/
self intro only and totally biased refferal candidates are shortlisted. And there no proper format of interview one of the worst experience in my life
and there is no active listening to interviwee
