      I applied through university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Trillium Trading

      Phone screening interview then in person interview. I was never contacted after my in person interview. Math test and logic/reasoning test. Average interview difficulty. Next step would have been an interview with a trader.

      Easy mental math, know indices and prices of them. Be on your toes and be a normal person. Low base salary, not really worth it IMO to be completely honest.

      Great stragith forward interview. Very fair and if you keep up with the markets it is not difficult. Review top stock prices and have companies you can talk about. About thirty minutes total

      First round they want you to know where major averages are. After that just chat. Next couple rounds are softball basic behavioral (e.g. your strengths and weaknesses) or trading (e.g. fundamental vs technical analysis) questions.
