Lots of expected value and brain teaser questions. Need to also explain interest in trading specifically and why trillium over other shops. About 4 total interviews last one is in person typically.
Quick, market based, very casual. Cary is head of HR he does first round interview and is super easy-going. Second round with a manager of the office you're applying to that seemed fit-based. First round meant to see your technical knowledge.
