The process moved quickly and the recruiter was transparent and followed up promptly. The job seemed awful, but the recruiter made it seem like a good place to work, despite the really poor reviews I read.

Situational interviews - they ask a lot of what if questions. They want real life examples of things you have accomplished But they didn’t seem to really care what the answers were.
