May or may not get the sous position they expect you to take a hourly position in hopes of moving up. I've got almost 30 yrs experience they should have disclosed this in the job posting. Pointless interview questions like I'm some high school kid looking for his first job.

Most intelligent food service interview ever! I was impressed with chef/owner Bobby and his attention to building his team. He asked well informed questions and had a clear idea of what he desires for his restaurant.
