I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at True Food Kitchen (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
It was an ok experience. Not the most friendly managers and fairly good pay but not amazing. It was extrely fast paced and Demanding clients but the food was really good. The people that work there were really down to earth and great people to work with. If it wasn’t for the people that work there I probably wouldn’t have stayed that long.
It was very easy and thorough, I didn’t need second interview! I was there for three years. The staff is great as well as management. I was only asked three questions and my experience.

Met with assistant manager, not the usual interview. Casual chat about myself then at the end asked me to describe my ideal birthday dish, a superpower, and an opportunity/challenge for myself
