Got a mail for phone interview in a day. The interview was scheduled in 2 days. Spoke generally. Said would get back in a week but no response. Mailed, still no reply.

Applied through school. Contacted a few days later and asked for a phone call. Recruiter missed our phone interview twice. I emailed and got a phone call a few days later. 1st phone interview was more informational than anything, told to wait for an email. A week later, got a phone interview with a director - this time behavioral and informational, told to wait again. Two weeks later, got an email asking to come for an on-site interview, and at this point it's been over a month since I got the 1st email - by this time I had already accepted a position with another firm. If offered a position, and if could, would have accepted a position here, but the process took too long. Either everyone there is very busy, or they don't care about interns or don't want to be there.

First, I met a guest speaker from Truecar in class lecture, then I sent her my resume, and successfully received a return email from recruiting manager. Before the actual interview, the recruiting manager called me first to confirm an available time block. After a few days, I received a call from project manager.
