Three stage interview process consisting of HR screening, technical skills screening and final interview with two full-stack developers. All interview stages went well, interview questions were pretty standard & nothing that I wasn't prepared for. Final interview was more like a chat with fellow developers rather than an interview, very laid back and positive. The only interview that I've ever completed where I haven't questioned my responses after the interview had finished. While the people I spoke to were brilliant, there was no hurry about arranging anything. It took 10 days to receive an offer of the first interview, subsequent interviews were arranged over a three week period. The most irritating thing was the 7 day wait between the final interview and being rejected, during which time I felt I had no choice but to decline an offer from another company in favour of this role where I felt my skills would be used for something positively impacting animals lives.

Had a recruiter call after applying online, which led to some take-home problems. You got to pick 2 out of 4 of them, which made it easy to select for your best skill-set. The on-site interview is both short, and reasonably easy; there was only one coding question, the rest were design-related. The interview process overall was pleasant; everyone was welcoming and nice. I didn't end up accepting due to other offers and location being an issue.
